Our Mattress Testing Methodology: 100 Nights of Rigorous Protocol

Every mattress test published on Matelas Expert follows a strict, transparent protocol. Our experts sleep a minimum of 30 nights on each evaluated model — and up to 100 nights for finalists — under real-world conditions, with testers of varied body types (55 to 95 kg) and different sleep positions. We measure five objective criteria: lumbar support, comfort feel, motion isolation, temperature regulation and perceived durability.
