The carrier confirmed the slot by SMS the day before, showed up on time and carried the box right up to our apartment door — a detail that matters: at nearly 27 kg unpacked, this mattress is not a one-person job. Double cardboard, the mattress vacuum-compressed and rolled under intact film, not a single scratch. In short, a flawless logistics performance we were entirely satisfied with.

The finish is a notch above the Lite: denser-feeling cover, clean piping, side carry handles (absent on the Lite) that are very welcome when rotating the mattress. This is the level of build you expect from a hybrid selling for — even on promotion — over €1,000.
Comfort and support: the kingdom of side sleepers
Léa (58 kg, side): the most convincing test. Where she could feel the springs through the Lite, here her shoulder sinks 5.1 cm into the comfort layers without ever reaching the spring core. No pressure point measured or felt at the shoulder or hip over 30 nights. The shoulder zone, softer than the hip zone, clearly does its job: the spinal alignment photographed from behind is straight. This is, without contest, the best Emma for this sleeping position.
Marc (82 kg, back): excellent as well. The initial feel is plush but the hips are held by the dedicated zone; lumbar sinkage stays contained. Marc describes the sensation as “both firm and enveloping” — word for word what you find in the positive Trustpilot reviews, so for once the marketing copy is accurate.
Karim (95 kg, stomach): the model's limit. On his stomach, his hips sink too deep into the soft comfort layers and the lumbar arch worsens after a few nights, with a dull ache on waking. Above 85 kg in the stomach position, this mattress is the wrong choice: the firmer Lite suits better. Proof that “medium-soft” does not mean “universal”.
Motion isolation is the best in the range: our glass of water barely moves when a 95 kg tester rolls over. Couples with mismatched sleep schedules will get along just fine here.
